It’s free to participate—if you’re in grades 6-8, join a meeting! Interested in joining? Join us on Tuesday afternoons at 4:00pm in the Teen Center!

Girls Night In

Our seven-week program, designed specifically for 5th and 6th grade girls, was created to help with the transition from elementary to middle school. Each week focuses on a different topic such as mental health and confidence and includes a healthy snack and physical activity.

Youth in Government

Get engaged with the important issues that face the state, nation and world. Learn how government works in order to make change happen. Speak your truth and listen with respect while others share theirs. Students gather at the Minnesota State Capitol to learn the "ins-and-outs" of government, and have the chance to participate in making bills, challenging court cases, lobbying, and more! Open to those in grades 8-12.

Model United Nations

For three days every spring, students take part in an experiential learning process as Ambassadors and UN Officials in simulated international diplomacy. Students in grades 7-12 can choose to serve in the General Assembly, International Court of Justice, Economic and Social Council, Security Council, Human Rights Council, or the Media. Model UN offers students the chance to experience the richness of different cultures around the world, develop empathy, and hone their critical thinking skills while engaging with a wide variety of perspectives and global issues. Interested in learning more? Check out the Model United Nations website. Join the Western Wisconsin Delegation!
